Reaching out for therapy can feel like a significant step, and it’s important that you feel confident in the support you choose.
Many people come to us when they find themselves overwhelmed by their thoughts, struggling to cope, or repeating patterns that aren’t helpful. Therapy can help make sense of this.
Our Therapists provide a consistent, reliable space where you can think, reflect and make sense of your experience and patterns. Together with your therapist, you will explore what lies beneath the surface of your difficulties in a relationship quite unlike any other. We work 7 days a week, 8 am to 8 pm.
If you would like to arrange a free no-obligation consultation or ask any questions, please use the form above, and Kat will get back to you shortly. All enquiries are handled with discretion.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Types Of Sessions
Telephone Counselling
Allows you to talk from a private space that feels comfortable. This option works well if you prefer not to be on camera or if you find it easier to speak without being seen. All sessions remain confidential and secure. We offer telephone counselling throughout the UK; however, please enquire if you are based overseas.
Online Counselling
Takes place via Google Meet, a secure and encrypted platform. You simply need a quiet, private space for your session. Online therapy allows us to see each other and makes it easy for us to share resources, diagrams, or techniques during the session. This service is available across the UK; however, please enquire for overseas availability.
Face-to-face Counselling
We offer face‑to‑face sessions in our welcoming office in central York, just a short walk from the city centre. The building dates back to the 1800s and includes beautiful original features, such as a gold spindle staircase. When you arrive, a friendly receptionist will greet you, and you’ll find a waiting area, toilet facilities, and free water dispensers.
