Sessions are available face-to-face, online, or by phone, giving you the flexibility to talk when and where you feel comfortable. Together, we’ll work towards healing and positive change.
When working with neurodivergent clients – including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, DCD, or dyscalculia – I offer support whether you are pre-diagnosis, post-diagnosis, or have chosen not to pursue a diagnosis. My focus is on helping you better understand yourself, find self-acceptance, and discover clearer paths forward.

Recent Questions
What happens in the free consultation chat?
We talk about what has made you decide to look for counselling and what you would like to get from it. This helps us see if counselling is the right thing for you. You can ask as many questions as you want in this call, and if you want to book in, you can, if not you can go away and think about it. There’s no pressure or expectation for you to book straight in at the end of the call.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel a session, please let me know as soon as you can. I do not charge for a cancellation that has been made over 24 hours prior the session. If you notify me in less than 24 hours prior to the session that you can’t attend the session fee will still apply.
Will counselling with you be recorded in my medical history with my GP?
Your contact with Supportive Counselling is completely confidential, and we don’t inform your GP that you’ve had counselling with us. The only exception would be if we ever had serious concerns about your safety or the safety of others. Even then, we would handle the situation with great care and involve you as much as possible in any decisions.
